Reestablishment of the Smile after Hypoglossal–Facial Nerve Transfer: What Can We Learn?

结果 5 位评估员对 17 位患者进行了分析,共提供 85 项评估。26% 的患者在静息状态下被判定为整个面部对称,56% 的患者轻度不对称。63% 的患者额叶、眼眶和口面部节段对称,20% 的患者眼眶和口面部节段对称。76% 的患者患侧被正确识别。微笑时,6% 的患者整个面部对称,59% 的患者轻度不对称。94% 的患者患侧被正确识别。67% 的患者微笑时额叶、眼眶和口面部节段对称。89% 的患者微笑时额叶、眼眶和颊面部节段患侧被正确识别。使用 Fleiss' kappa 分析对观察者间变异性进行分析,结果显示微笑时整个面部的一致性强度良好(0.771)。

结论 N12-N7 移植后,静息状态下的面部对称性良好。微笑时,几乎所有患者都表现出面部不对称,这主要由眼眶和口部决定。为了改善 N12-N7 移植后的微笑能力,需要进行其他手术。
