Permanent Iatrogenic Fibular Nerve Injury following Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomy

本研究旨在描述三例胫骨平台平整截骨术(TPLO)后发生永久性腓总神经损伤的犬只情况。TPLO术后腓总神经损伤导致胫骨前肌萎缩、跗关节屈曲缺失以及轻度跛行。其中一例通过电诊断技术确诊了腓总神经损伤。所有三例病例中,钻骨通道均位于同一位置,即胫骨尾侧、胫骨截骨远端附近。TPLO术后发生永久性腓总神经损伤与使用位置更靠尾侧的钢板有关,因此在上述区域从胫骨内侧向外侧钻孔时应格外小心。在常规随访中需仔细评估步态,以便识别这一并发症。
