Archives of Plastic Surgery是韩国整形和重建外科医生学会（Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons），香港整形美容外科医生协会（Hong Kong Society of Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons)、印度尼西亚整形美容外科医生协会（Indonesian Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons)、新加坡整形外科医生协会（Singapore Association of Plastic Surgeons）、泰国整形美容外科医生协会（The Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons of Thailand）的官方期刊，每年出版6次。

本刊为同行评审开放获取期刊，出版与整形外科各领域有关的研究，包括基础研究、伤口愈合、先天性、颅面外科、面部创伤、显微外科、烧伤、肿瘤、乳腺外科、手外科、美容外科等所有领域的整形外科和重建外科领域的文章。尤其是在整形外科美学和其它一些亚专业，不同种族和民族背景的手术概念和技术方法不同，因此本刊旨在成为亚洲患者需求相关技术交流的领先论坛。

Archives of Plastic Surgery还拥有亚洲领先的整形外科期刊的身份，旨在成为亚太地区及以外地区整形外科学者和临床医生交流的主要论坛，也是向国际受众呈现这一群体技术创新的主要声音。热忱邀请来自世界各地的学者提交报告最新基础和临床研究的原创文章，包括手术试验。综述文章、病例报告、想法和创新、书籍综述、信函、图像和交流等也包括在内。

本刊优先保证稿件提交、评审和出版的整个过程尽可能迅速，同时保持严格的国际标准。因此，Archives of Plastic Surgery在线提交稿件，以便快速同行评审和与作者沟通。
